Daily Release Calls
For all Subscribers - Live conference calls led by our Coach, Anita Kress
Monday-Friday at 9 am, 12 noon, 7 pm PST (15-30 minutes)
Pick up the phone for compassionate, encouraging, and calming support when stress & upset are hijacking your day.
During the first 15 minutes, Anita guides the group through 2-3 rounds of stress-release, providing guidance and concepts that help you release current stress & upset while developing the skills to release stress on your own. Then, Anita opens the call for questions, support, or discussion.
We recommend joining at least one call per day. Releasing stress & upset helps you feel better while optimizing your ability to be efficient and effective throughout your day.
The daily release calls help you build your stress-release muscle. Like a gym, it’s a structure to help you build your strength, refine your technique, and continually improve your level of fitness. Unlike a gym, you can build your stress-release fitness while sitting at work, walking the dog, drinking your morning coffee, or during many other daily activities.
Group Coaching Calls
For all Subscribers - Live conference calls led by our Coach, Anita Kress
Wednesdays at 7 pm PST and/or Thursdays at 12 noon PST (30-60 minutes)
In the Group Coaching calls, Anita helps subscribers work through real-life stress & upset in a group format. If you are struggling with anything, just come to the call and Anita will coach you through it.
Here are some examples of how it might work.
- One person has something they want help resolving/releasing/communicating. Anita will coach them while the group learns from the coaching and releases anything similar for themselves.
- Everyone is upset by a current event, for example a mass shooting. Anita will work with everyone on the same topic, allowing people to chime in on the negative feelings, limiting beliefs, negative expectations, etc. associated with this traumatic event. Then Anita will guide the group through a release.
- Someone wants help on something from the training (power concepts, release techniques, setting a goal, communicating, etc.), and Anita will provide real-life examples and practical instruction to help you apply this training effectively in your life.
Weekly Training Calls

The live interactive training calls are weekly conference calls led by our trainer, Kalee Gracse, accompanied by Anita Kress. Calls last for 1-hour and provide plenty of opportunity to ask questions and be involved in the call.
During the first half of the call, we’ll cover concepts related to stress & upset and we’ll dig deeper into each aspect of the stress-release statement so that you can continually gain knowledge and grow your Stress-release expertise.
During the second half of the call we’ll cover ways in which those concepts can be applied in your everyday life. We’ll help you set a powerful goal, then teach and support you through a step-by-step method on how to use stress-release to achieve that goal.
These training calls don’t just provide concepts and theories, they deliver actionable step-by-step methods for achieving those concepts and theories. For example:
- You’ll learn how to improve relationships because we’ll help you understand the best ways to handle an upset, how to see relationships clearly, how to make a request for change, how to clean-up a mistake, and much more.
