Where to start

We encourage you to start with a small group of 4-10 people. You may start with a few people in high-stress jobs, or with a few of your early adopters, or begin with specific teams within your organization. This flexibility enables you to build trust in our program and verify the results before considering a larger commitment.

What to know

Initial programs require a 3-month commitment and range from $182 to $490 per person per month. After the first 3 months, participants may choose to continue monthly, switch to ad hoc coaching, or enroll in our ongoing support program for $95 per month.
